Hi, I’m Steph the founder of My Tiny Sleeper, an internationally Certified Holistic Baby and Child Sleep Consultant and most importantly a proud Mum of two beautiful girls

My journey into sleep consulting began as a personal one. Like many parents, I struggled with sleep challenges when my first child was born. Sleepless nights, endless rocking, and feeling like I was failing to meet my child’s needs created a sense of frustration and exhaustion that affected both my family and my well-being. I wanted to change something, but I didn’t want to resort to methods that didn’t align with my values of nurturing, empathy, and connection.

That’s when I discovered holistic sleep consulting. By taking a holistic approach considering not just sleep habits, but also emotional well-being, developmental stages, nutrition and my little one’s unique temperament I was able to create solutions that felt right for my family. The results were transformative, and it became my mission to help other parents who were facing similar struggles. I became very passionate about sleep science, infant and child development, and gentle sleep strategies that honour both the child’s and the parent’s needs.

As a mum and certified sleep consultant, I understand firsthand how exhausting and overwhelming sleep challenges can be for both little ones and their caregivers. That’s why I take a compassionate, individualized approach that looks beyond the surface of sleep. I work with families to uncover the root causes of sleep difficulties by considering everyone’s well-being in the family, developmental needs, nutrition, family dynamics, and so much more.

My philosophy is rooted in love, connection, trust, and evidence-based guidance. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions or harsh “sleep training” methods.

My goal is to empower you with the tools, knowledge, confidence and compassionate support to create calm and connected sleep strategies that are age-appropriate and support families and little ones in the long term.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me soaking up the joys of everyday life with my own family.

I absolutely love spending time outdoors, whether it’s hiking, exploring new places, or just enjoying nature’s beauty. I believe there’s nothing like a fresh breeze and a bit of sunshine to recharge the spirit. My family and I often embark on little adventures, discovering new parks, trails, or simply having a picnic in the backyard.

I’m also an avid reader and podcast listener. Books and podcasts fuel my mind and keep me inspired. I’m always looking to learn and grow, both personally and professionally, which is why I love diving into new topics especially those related to parenting, wellness, and self-care.

All of these things shape the way I approach my work as a sleep consultant. I understand the importance of balance in both family life and personal well-being.
